Stumbled upon this shot on Mike’s tumblr blog, and wow… was blown away. Such an awesome angle first of all and I really like the fact that it isn’t perfectly sharp. It has a nice blur factor which is just nice and pleasing on the eye.

I can’t work out whether this is a film shot or not, as it definitely has the feeling of film, but there is a good chance it is digital. Either way, its sick!

I have experimented myself with speed blur type surf photo’s and they are real tough to get right. Very much hit and miss.
